One Another was founded by Lisa Barron. With almost two decades spent working in the creative industry, she brings her hospitality and F&B sector expertise spanning works with global household names such as The Dorchester Collection to celebrity chefs including José Pizarro through to progressive start-ups, to all One Another projects.

Calling upon her experience in creative leadership roles at London’s most established agencies, through to earlier in-house positions, she happily adapts to the needs of any client, whether it requires she work solo as a hands-on Designer or creatively directing a project team.

Throughout her career, Lisa has worked with talented contemporaries across many creative disciplines. Drawing on a select group of trusted freelance thinkers and makers, Lisa brings together the optimum team based on the individual demands of every project. This allows her to tackle any creative challenge, no matter the size or scope and relieves the clients headache of sourcing and managing multiple freelancers and services.

With extensive experience working in studios that lead with interior design services, Lisa also welcomes collaborative projects in partnership with experience/interior design consultancies – the combined specialisms bringing the brand to life across full hospitality and f&b retail environments.

With no fixed city centre studio rents, bean hungry coffee machines, nor a payroll of permanent team members, our fees simply reflect the value of our expertise.

Sustainability is at the heart of global food culture. We’re keeping check on how to minimise our impact on the planet and staying abreast of sustainable print, material and packaging innovations so that we can support the brands we work with to do the same.

There are well-published gender inequalities within the creative and hospitality industries. As a female-led studio, we’re always looking for ways to help redress the balance. As a mentor within the Kerning The Gap scheme, Lisa endeavours to play her small part in closing the leadership gender gap in our industry.

In an industry awash with buzz-words, we endeavour to avoid jargon, opting for simple, clear communication. We even offer a glossary of terms for those who are dipping their toe into the creative world for the first time.
